first go with luvum and honestly my first proper k-beauty jar too so i had no idea what to expect. skin is eczema prone so im fussy about anything new touching my face. the packaging is nice, sturdy jar, comes with a little spatula which i appreciate because i dont want to keep sticking fingers in and contaminating it. the gel is gentle enough, no sting on my reactive patches which is the main thing. my one gripe is the jar. wide mouth means once youre halfway down you cant reach the last bit with the spatula and it dries a little around the rim if you dont seal it dead tight. a tube or pump would suit me better honestly. product itself is lovely though, calm hydrated skin in the morning, just wish the vessel was more practical for getting every last scrape
