Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of skinus.ca (the "Site") and any products or services offered through it (collectively, the "Services") operated by Skinus ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you ("the customer") agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility
The Services are intended for customers who are at least 18 years of age and located in Canada. By placing an order, the customer represents that they meet these requirements.

2. Account Responsibility
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity under their account. Skinus is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by the customer's failure to maintain credential security.

3. Products, Pricing, and Availability
All products, prices, and promotions displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice. Skinus reserves the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, and correct errors in pricing or product information at any time, including after an order has been placed.

4. Order Acceptance
Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order. Skinus may decline or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including for reasons of stock availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Product Information and Disclaimers
Product descriptions, images, and ingredient lists on the Site are provided for informational purposes only. Skinus does not provide medical, dermatological, or professional advice. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and conducting patch tests prior to use. Skinus is not liable for adverse reactions, allergies, sensitivities, or any other outcomes resulting from product use.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design elements, is the property of Skinus or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Site may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skinus, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the use of the Services or any product purchased through the Site. The total liability of Skinus for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Skinus and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of the customer's misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Modifications
Skinus reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on the Site. Continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law
