Refund policy
Returns Policy
All sales are final. Skinus does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, product dissatisfaction, or unsuitability for the customer's skin.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
1. The item arrived damaged.
2. The item arrived defective.
3. The item received does not match the item ordered.
To submit a claim, the customer must email info@skinus.ca within 14 days of delivery, including:
- Order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Skinus will respond within 3 business day. Approved claims will be resolved by replacement, refund to the original payment method, or store credit, at Skinus's discretion.
The following are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been opened or used, except where damaged on arrival
- Claims submitted more than 14 days after delivery
- Items damaged through customer use, mishandling, or improper storage
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
- Free samples or gifts with purchase
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Where a return is approved, Skinus will provide a prepaid return label.
