Shipping Policy
Skinus ships orders within Canada only. We do not currently ship internationally.
Handling Time
Orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt. "Business days" exclude weekends and Canadian statutory holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination and the carrier's service in the customer's area. Remote regions may require additional time.
Shipping Costs
- Orders of CAD $30.00 or more: free standard shipping
- Orders under CAD $30.00: standard shipping rate calculated at checkout
All prices and shipping rates are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Tracking
A tracking number is provided by email once an order has shipped. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery status using the link provided.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Skinus is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Address corrections after shipment may incur additional fees.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Skinus is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If an order has not arrived within 10 business days of the shipping confirmation, the customer should contact info@skinus.ca for assistance.
Damaged Packages
Damaged or missing items are governed by the Refund Policy. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery to info@skinus.ca, with order number and photo evidence.
